Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In original packaging with all tags intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Opened, used, or customized items (including hand-wrapped or personalized gifts) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

You will receive instructions on how to send your item back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or damaged due to our error
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or compensation.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as a store credit voucher of equal value, which can be used for future purchases online or in-store.
